Meet one of the Deputies of District 2. Matthew W. Newton, Matthew has been with the department for 2 years. He is CERT team certified, he spent 2 years as a Kentucky State Penitentiary Officer He also served in the U.S. Navy Pacific Fleet and is a Enduring Freedom Veteran.
